october_country is an Homage to Ray Bradbury. Members of the community create work which finds inspiration in Bradbury's writing.
Posting Week is July 23 - 29.
The rules are few and simple:
Anything may be posted - meta, essays, original fic, fanfic, poetry or visual art that explores the themes, style and influence of Ray Bradbury. If you're going to have trouble posting during posting week, please contact me.
If you're writing fic include a header.
There is a minimum word count of 1000 words which applies to all work except formal poetry and art. There is no maximum word count. Someone asked about drabbles -- if the spirit so moves you that no form but the drabble will work, accept the challenge of making it a deca-drabble, or write 10 drabbles - 1000 words is not a lot of words.
